Thursday-Saturday 9am-12am
One stall is included in your reservation. Parking is in the underground garage (height restriction 8'10") There are 3 gated areas, one for each lodge. You may park in any stall not marked reserved if you are inside the proper gated area. The fob on your keys will grant access. If you have not gone through a gate, used your key for access, you are in the wrong place. Additional paid parking is available outside of the gate. If your vehicle is too large for the parking stall provided, please park outside of the gate and pay to park.
Pets are not allowed inside the unit.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Check out is at 10:00 am. Call 1-888-878-1550 after you depart the unit to check out. Please return your keys to Whistler Reception services. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any flexibility with check-in and check-out times.
A valid cell phone number is required at booking to receive necessary information for check-in.
Garbage and recycling is your responsibility. The dumpster and recycling facilities are located behind the door marked “Garbage” just outside the entrance of the underground parking garage. Please load and start the dishwasher as you exit the unit.
Neither housekeeping nor maintenance will be able to attend you unit during your stay unless there is an emergency. Contact owner services at 1-888-878-1550 if you have any problems during your stay.
The common use hot tub and fitness area are located in the Eagle Lodge on the lobby level. Your key will access this area. The hours of operation are 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. Hours of operation are subject to change. Please adhere to the instructions posted by the pool area.
Skis are not permitted inside the unit. Your ski locker will be assigned by the team at Whistler Reception Service upon arrival.
For week stay reservations, the total cost will be collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
